Engine running at low compression; stuck, burnt, leaking or leaking valves cause compression loss. The process of renewing valves and valve seats that have been deformed due to working and heating over time by grinding or by hammering valve seat in their place is called cylinder head revision. It is essential for the cylinder head, which significantly affects engine performance, to undergo this revision process in order to have the required dimensions and features when malfunction symptoms occur.

Surface Grinding
Cylinder head surfaces and engine head surfaces bend and wear out over time due to heat deformation. Taking surface roughness values into consideration, the process is carried out with both Surface Grinding and Surface Grinding machines in our company.

Surface Planing
After the damaged and deformed surfaces are processed in an aluminum welding machine, the surface planing is done without any problems with a surface planing machine.

Valve and Seat Grinding
When the engine operates at low compression; squeezed, burnt, leaking or leaking valves cause compression loss. It is the process of renewing valves and valve seats that have become deformed due to working and heating over time by grinding or by hammering a valve insert instead.

Valve Grinding
It is the process of grinding the seat entrance parts and end parts of deformed valves to bring them to a mirror shine.
